Making a referral to any of Temcare’s programs is easy.

Simply email Temcare at office@temcare.org.au or call us on (03) 9877 7729 during business hours to get things started, to enquire about receiving a free food bag, to sign up for a free school holiday camp, or for information about how to make a referral.

Alternatively, you can Lodge Online or Download a referral form.

If lodged online, then simply submit the referral and it will automatically be forwarded to office@temcare.org.au

If you choose to download the form, please forward it to office@temcare.org.au upon completion.
