Making a referral to any of Temcare’s programs is easy.

Simply call a Temcare worker on (03) 9877 7729 during business hours for information about how to make a referral.

Alternatively, you can Lodge Online or Download a referral form.

If lodged online, then simply submit the referral and it will automatically be forwarded to office@temcare.org.au

If you chose to download the form, please forward it to office@temcare.org.au upon completion.

While it is difficult to determine how long someone will be on the waiting list, Temcare endeavours to allocate your matter as soon as it is possible to do so.
