Day respite care provides a much-needed break for families while offering children a loving, safe and caring environment. It is available for children, aged between 0-15 years, for 1-2 days every 6 weeks. Temcare connects families-in-need with Christian carers. Our policy is that everything is done to help families thrive and remain united. Therefore multiple siblings requiring respite care with Temcare will be kept together.

Temcare is a Christian charity and provides its services free of charge.

All Temcare respite carers are comprehensively assessed and are required to obtain a current ‘Working with Children Check’ and to submit to a ‘National Criminal History Check’.
